Show Up is a daily self-trust app for iOS. Each morning you make one promise to yourself. Each evening you check in. Over time you build something real — a track record of showing up for yourself, one day at a time.

Giraffe Cave LLC ("we," "us," or "our") built the Show Up app as a personal development tool. This policy explains how we handle your information when you use our app.
Show Up stores your daily promises and check-in results locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to the content of anything you write in the app.
If you choose to enable the optional backup feature (premium subscribers only), your entries are encrypted and stored securely. We never read, sell, or share your personal entries with any third party.
We do not collect your name, email address, location, or any personally identifiable information unless you contact us directly for support. We do not use advertising networks or sell data to third parties. We do not track your behavior across other apps or websites.
Show Up uses RevenueCat to process in-app purchases. RevenueCat's privacy policy governs any data they collect in connection with subscription management. We do not share your promise content with RevenueCat or any other service.
Show Up is a self-reflection tool, not a mental health treatment or crisis intervention service. If certain keywords suggesting distress are detected in the promise input field, the app surfaces crisis support resources including the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. This detection occurs entirely on your device and no content is transmitted to us.
Show Up is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Show Up is a personal development tool designed to help you build daily consistency through self-made promises. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care, therapy, crisis intervention, or medical treatment of any kind.
Show Up is not a mental health app, a therapy tool, a crisis service, or a clinical self-monitoring device. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) at any time.
The promises and entries you write in Show Up belong to you. We do not access, read, or share your content. You are responsible for the content you enter into the app.
Show Up offers optional premium subscriptions processed through Apple's App Store and managed by RevenueCat. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Show Up is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Giraffe Cave LLC does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Giraffe Cave LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Show Up.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
